1.1. MKonline is an analysis service provided by Markedskraft ASA (herein called «MK»).
1.2. These Standard Terms of Business come into force when the "Customer” signs in on www.mkonline.com for the first time.
1.3. "Services" are defined as information, publication or any other service by Markedskraft restricted from general viewing by way of username and password.
1.4. The Customer is the legal entity registered as the Customer with access to the Services ordered. All accesses given are personal. Redistribution externally is prohibited.

3.1. During and after termination of this Agreement, the parties shall keep any information concerning the business and affairs or any other information of either party which is obtained or received as a result of the discussions leading up to, the entering into or the performance of this agreement or Services rendered or username and password confidential, unless
i) the information was already lawfully known, or became lawfully known to either of the parties independently.
ii) it is in, or comes into, the public domain other than due to wrongful use or disclosure by the Customer.
iii) use of it is necessary to carry out this Agreement; or disclosure is required by law.
3.2. The Customer is responsible for all and any use of the services from www.mkonline.com using the Customer's username and password.
3.3. The Customer is responsible for protecting and keeping secure their username and password from unauthorized use.
4.1. MK will ensure that calculations, estimates and projections services will be done using prudent methods established by MK as an expert in this field of expertise.
5.1. MK does not warrant, at any time during the period of this Agreement, that access to or use of the services will be uninterrupted or error-free or that the services supplied are accurate or correct or that it meets any particular criteria of performance or quality.
5.2. The information contained in MK analyses, newsletters, services and on the MK website has been obtained from sources believed to be reliable. However, MK disclaims all warranties as to the accuracy, completeness or adequacy of such information and services. MK is not liable for any direct or indirect errors in the information and services or in its conclusions and advice. MK does not represent or warrant that access to or the use of the information and services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
5.3. We reserve the right to change specifications of our services at any time without prior notice.
6.1. All rights are reserved. All data, information, news, analysis, calculations, models, forecasts and systems contained in the services and/or this website are the sole property of MK and all rights in such material are reserved and may not, without the prior written consent of MK be reproduced, published or summarised for distribution or incorporation into a report or other document or otherwise relayed or distributed in any form or by any means externally to third parties or persons in whole or in part.
6.2. Redistribution in any way of all or part of the services in any form may be fined by MK up to € 50 000 per violation.
6.3. The Customer cannot in any way communicate the contents and or results presented in the services as part of a service or product offered to any third party without prior written consent.
7.1. Request for support or reports on errors on MKonline must be done by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. All support communication will be in English or in a Scandinavian language. Normal support hours are from 08:00 – 16:00 (CET/CEST) Monday until Friday.
8.1. MK treats all personal information as private and confidential. We do not disclose personal information to third parties.
9.1. MK will at all times does its best endeavours to avoid conflict of interest. MK has guidelines and rules in place to ensure that conflict of interest is avoided.
9.2. MK has a particular duty to ensure that the interests of the Customer take precedence over MK’s own interests and the interests of persons with direct or indirect control over MK Similarly, no individual client must be unfairly favoured at the expense of other clients.
10.1. In the event of conflict between a separately concluded Agreement and these Standard Terms of Business, the separately concluded Agreement will apply.
11.1. MK reserves the right to make additions or amendments to these Standard Terms of Business. Significant additions or amendments will take effect from the time at which they have been communicated to the Customer in writing.
11.2. Other amendments will take effect from the time at which they have been published on www.mkonline.com.
12.1. If the Customer has provided MK with an e-mail address, then the Customer has accepted to receive communication by e-mail.
